I’m Alex , founder of AB Studio Creative. 

This is not just a job.
It’s memory. It’s emotion. It’s cinema — wrapped in light.
My father was a photographer.
Not in a glamorous, studio-lit kind of way — but in the quiet, soulful way of someone who truly saw the world.
He documented life with the same care he gave to living it.
Old 35mm cameras, a cine camera humming in the background, and shelves filled with negatives and darkroom gear — that was the world I grew up in.
Back then, I didn’t fully understand what he was doing. But I was watching. Absorbing. Learning.
It wasn’t until after he passed away that everything clicked.
I found myself surrounded by his tools, his vision, his legacy.
And in the stillness of those moments — holding his cameras, unspooling his film — something shifted.
I picked up the camera. Not for work. Not for anyone. Just to photograph my own children.
But what started as a quiet way to hold onto time…
turned into something far greater.

Today, I photograph weddings across the UK and Italy —
alongside my son Kevin, who is now my second shooter and videographer.
Three generations.
One shared passion.
And every time I frame a shot, I feel it again:
that silent thread that connects us — father to son, son to father, and now, to every couple who trusts me with their story.
